We want you to love your look. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused products in their original condition (lace uncut/hair unwashed) within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Package Your Item

  Place the item back in its original packaging with all tags, gifts, and accessories included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
